The Guest Code of Conduct is established to ensure a respectful, safe, and supportive environment for all participants during our overnight weekend retreats.
Expectations
Respect and Inclusivity: All guests are expected to treat one another with kindness, respect, and understanding. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
Confidentiality: Participants should maintain the confidentiality of shared experiences within the retreat setting. It is vital to create a safe space for open conversations.
Participation: Guests are encouraged to fully engage in activities and workshops. Participation is essential for personal growth and community building.
Substance Policy: The use of alcohol, illegal drugs, or substances that impair judgment is strictly prohibited on the premises during the retreat. We promote a healthy and supportive environment conducive to wellness.
Personal Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their actions and behaviors. Any damages or issues arising from misconduct will be addressed seriously and may result in removal from the retreat.

The Saint Florence Elizabeth Foundation is committed to maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for all individuals accessing our facilities. To ensure the highest standards of security and well-being, we hereby establish the following policy regarding the presence of weapons on our property.
Weapons Prohibition
No Weapons Allowed: The possession, use, or storage of any weapons, including but not limited to firearms, knives, or any other object that can be classified as a weapon, is strictly prohibited on the premises of the Saint Florence Elizabeth Foundation.
Definition of Weapons: For the purposes of this policy, "weapons" shall include all firearms, explosives, knives with blades exceeding three inches, and any object that can be intended to inflict harm or fear.
Enforcement of Policy
Consequences of Violation: Any individual, corporation, entity, or private party found in violation of this policy will face immediate criminal charges as stipulated under federal and state law.
Immediate Removal: Individuals violating this policy will be promptly removed from the property.
Lifetime Ban: Individuals found in violation will be permanently banned from the property for life.
